The City of Edinburgh Council has a requirement for outplacement services is to support employees as they face significant change through organisational reviews and role changes as well as to provide support, mentoring and coaching in instances where they find themselves without an established role.

Options: The primary purpose of this contract is to provide support to Employees whose roles have been displaced as a result of a department restructuring or who are at risk of redundancy; however it may be used to provide support to any Employee where they would benefit from additional support.

Renewal: It is the intention of the Council that any Contract resulting from this tender will commence in June 2019 for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve months, undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council.
