The key objective of the project is the successful inspection, testing and minor repairs to domestic properties throughout Fife over a five year period 2019 - 2024, meeting the required legislative and regulatory requirements. Any category one or two faults found should be completed at this time. In addition, installation of smoke detection to part of our housing stock to meet the new requirements and the timescale of February 2021
