We propose to complete various upgrade works to the property at 106 Shore Rd, Gourock

Various works, mainly external to Occupied Properties (Dwellings) within one common block including replacement of all windows and one external door; replacement of external wall cladding, gutters, fascias and soffits; elevated walkway upgrade; adaptation of existing canopy over rear building entrance to form new sloping canopy with tile finishes to match existing roof; repairs to and redecoration of existing external roughcast; scaffolding with safety screening to complete building and elevated walkway to facilitate the works.
