Southside Housing Association invites tenderers to quote for undertaking a M&E survey to a selected number of properties, primarily high rise, mini multi and deck access, to assist in meeting their legislative and business planning objectives.

Lot 1

SHA are commissioning a survey to assess the state of repair or condition of the Association's current building stock in connection with the preparation of a planned preventative maintenance programme. SHA invites tenders from suitably qualified, competent and experienced consultant to undertake a comprehensive M&E survey, this shall include: Undertake, for identified properties, assessment of common mechanical and electrical condition to provide a report detailing: Report on overall properties M&E condition; including assessment and commentary on condition of key M&E components: - Lifts; - Common lighting; - Common electrical installations; - Common mechanical extract system; - Controlled entry system; Survey and report on remedial works and estimated costs, future planned preventative maintenance works and estimated costs; Develop data set components to capture the current/future M&E maintenance requirements with the LCC model.
