The works comprise but are not limited to: - Removing existing headstones to graves adjacent to retaining wall, setting aside and protecting for the duration of the works. - Demolition of the existing dis-used external toilet block within the boundary of Annbank Parish Church. - Hand demolition to ground level of existing separating wall between Annbank Parish Church and Annbank Cemetery. - Installing ground anchor installation, before constructing new brickwork masonry wall. - Repairing existing masonry wall, including re-pointing and indenting cracked and eroded brickwork. - Remedial groundworks and landscaping.
