The Scottish Government are seeking applications from experienced fund administrators to manage our Workplace Equality Fund 2019-20. The purpose of the Workplace Equality Fund is to work with employers to address long standing barriers particular groups face in entering and progressing in the labour market so that everyone in Scotland has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. The Scottish Government are keen to ensure that our economy is representative of our society, and that we focus on delivering a fair and inclusive economic growth.

If there are named subcontractors/technicians upon which the bidder will rely to meet the selection criteria these named parties must complete and reattach the ESPD Supplier Response Form attached to ESPD questions 2C.1.1 (Technicians) and 2D.1.2 (Subcontractors) on PCS-T. These parties must complete the first three sections of the ESPD form, as well as any part of the section 4 selection criteria that the main bidder will rely upon the parties to fulfil.
