Notice Description

Information Systems Division (ISD) delivers and supports an enterprise portfolio of efficient, resilient, innovative and secure IT services to meet COPFS' business needs. ISD will play a crucial role in implementing COPFS' digital strategy by developing sustainable digital and information solutions that modernise, innovate and transform the delivery of user focused services and to improve the way our organisation works.The primary purpose of this project management role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of a Digital Workplace Transformation project that will equip our people with the digital technology and capability to support our enterprise mobility, location neutral and hot-desking flexible working priorities.The Digital Workplace project will transform the corporate desktop computer, update the existing Microsoft Office productivity applications, replace the Blackberry smartphone service and modernise our meeting room video conferencing equipment. Transforming these into an interconnected 'Digital Workplace' enterprise level solution.The transformation outputs that you will be responsible for delivery are with internal IT staff and an external technology partner are:The delivery of a modern laptop or tablet device with Windows 10 to 2000 users across 52 locations;* Migration of workloads and data to latest Microsoft Office 365 business productivity applications;* New smartphones to replace the current Blackberry service;* Innovative video conferencing systems, initially for key meeting rooms.
