Lot 1C (Planned works) - West of Scotland

The purpose of this lot was to provide planned Road Surfacing and minor Civil Engineering works on a geographical basis to all HE/FE Institutions and associated bodies within the West of Scotland.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Lot 2A (Reactive works) - Highlands and Islands

The purpose of this lot was to provide Reactive Road Surfacing and minor Civil Engineering works on a geographical basis to all HE/FE Institutions and associated bodies within the Highlands and Islands.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
