Notice Description

The requirements were procured by a call off on the NSS Framework- Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN), single supplier national framework. As part of the transition to FLS, new SCOTs Desktops were provided to all staff and FLS is now on the SCOTs network. To support the move to the new desktops and SCOTS Network additional hardware items to support the LAN Network were required. In addition to this support services were required to support the implementation of the new hardware. Wifi Access Points were also required for 20 locations across Scotland where the Scots network could not be implemented. Support services were required for the wifi hardware required.

TO support the transition to FLS and the SCOTS network the following hardware items with support were required and purchased through the NSS Framework- Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN; Power over Ethernet (POE) Stackable LAN Switches; Stack Ports; AC Power over Ethernet backup power supply; Stacking copper cable; Gigabit Ethernet optical transceiver; Meraki MR42 Cloud Managed AP; Meraki MR Enterprise License for three years; and Meraki PWR..
