Notice Description
To provide a service to Forestry and Land Scotland(formally Forestry Enterprise Scotland, as part of the Forestry Commission) for the disposal of land as part of the New Woodland Investment Program. The land identified equated to an estimated 2253 HA across 14 sites. The Contractor will carry out the service as detailed in the published Invitation to Tender documents, which included acting in the capacity of a consultant to advise Forestry and Land Scotland on the value of the land, the best route to market for the land and, marketing and selling the land on behalf of Forestry and Land Scotland.

Lot 1
Land Disposal Service for Forestry and Land Scotland. The service includes; Marketing; Management of site visits; Consultancy and advice; Communication and management of interested parties; Selling the land; and After sales reporting.. The Contract resulting from this Invitation to Tender (ITT) shall endure until the services have been successfully completed or until 23 April 2023, whichever comes earliest.
