West of Scotland Housing Association, by engaging this Legionella Services tender, are seeking to identify a suitably qualified, competent and experienced contractor to facilitate the effective management and control of legionella bacteria in water systems via initial risk assessments and monitoring and controlling at sites where elaborate control measures are required, as per recommendations detailed within the risk assessment.
Renewal: The duration of the Contract may be extended by a further two years (2023 and 2024) at West of Scotland Housing Association's discretion including taking into consideration satisfactory performance of the Contractor which shall be measured through the Key Performance Indicators (refer Document F).
