Strategic Feasibility Study for Philanthropic Campaign
Notice Description
It is anticipated there will likely be 5 stages of the feasibility study, subject to confirmation by the selected consultancy firm: 1 Review of current resources including philanthropic capacity, strategic plan documentation, finance reports, and other key publications and reports; 2 Development of a draft case for support, to articulate the proposed themes and priority projects of a philanthropic campaign; 3 Involvement of senior University leadership and key donors; 4 Individual interviews with donors, to test attitudes towards the University, the strategic plan, the draft case for support, volunteering including in relation to the University's commitment to social responsibility, and their willingness to offer philanthropic support and invest in St Andrews (c.50 interviews, predominantly split between UK and US); 5 Report and recommendations. Depending on the outcome of the strategic feasibility study we are seeking to be in a position to launch the quiet phase of a new Campaign in 2020.
