Heriot-Watt University is seeking a Contractor to conduct the end to end delivery of three full staff engagement surveys to be carried out in Autumn 2019, Autumn 2020 and Autumn 2021. These are to be sent to staff throughout the entirety of its campuses located in; Edinburgh, Galashiels, Orkney, Dubai and Malaysia. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
