In addition to this, the AFRC have recently leased a new site which will also require catering services, the Lightweight Manufacturing Centre (LMC), Block E, Bay 1, Westway Park, Porterfield Road, PA4 8DJ. Orders are typically placed on a daily basis, with a quick turnaround time required for events which may range in the following size and frequency; - Meeting, 2-10 delegates (Daily) - Small event, 11-30 delegates (Weekly) - Large event, 31-50 delegates (Monthly) - Marquee event, 51-100 (Annual) The scope includes, but is not limited to, the provision of, tea & coffee, breakfast, and lunch options.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Motor Vehicle Insurance - maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 1 million for Property Damage, and unlimited in respect of Third Party Injury. For bidders who will subcontract parts of the business, the bidder should provide a letter signed by a person of appropriate authority confirming that the bidder has ongoing arrangements in place to ensure that subcontractors' vehicles are appropriately insured and maintained."
