The Contracting Authority seeks bids from the market for the supply of powder bed additive manufacturing equipment to the Advanced Forming Research Centre (AFRC) at Inchinnan, Renfrew. The Contracting Authority is seeking offers for both the purchase and lease of the equipment specified within the tender documentation. The Contracting Authority seeks offers for both one and two pieces of equipment within the ITT - Tenderers should note that two machines will only be sourced where the budget is sufficient to do so. All other information relating to the procurement exercise can be found within the invitation to tender (ITT) docments.

Lot Information

Lease of one powder bed additive manufacturing machine and associated services

The Contracting Authority seeks bids from the market for the 36-month lease of one powder bed additive manufacturing machine. Tenderers offers must include an option for the Contracting Authority to Purchase the Goods at the end of the lease period. Tenderers offers must include delivery, commissioning, and training for the equipment.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of suppliers or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
