Plumbing Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework
Notice Description
Stirling Council requires suitably qualified plumbing contractors with relevant proven experience to be awarded a place on their Term Reactive and Planned Maintenance Framework for Plumbing works. These works are for their public buildings including schools, council offices, libraries, public toilets. The plumbing contractors will be required to undertake a variety of small works including repairing water leaks, overflowing cisterns/tanks, unblocking drains, replacing radiators and small heating system repairs. There is a requirement to respond to and attend emergency plumbing situations within 1 hour of notification. The Framework Agreement is expected to commence in December 2019 with an estimated 3 - 4 contractors awarded a place on the Framework.
