Selection Stage Evaluation Criteria & Guidance', each example will be assessed with a weighting of 20% per examples provided. 4C.6 (Question Weighting 40%) Bidders will be required to confirm that their managerial staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications or their equivalents: - CSCS Managerial card - SMSTS - Asbestos Awareness - MCIOB (preferred) Further, we ask that CVs are provided for all key personnel, including: (i) Senior Contracts Manager; (ii) Project Manager; (iii) M&E Manager; (iv) Project Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager; (v) Design Manager; and (vi) Soft Landings Manager. Your response should include, but is not limited to; - Role and responsibilities for this project, - Educational and professional qualifications, - Relevant competency and skills, - Relevant project experience and responsibilities on past similar projects, including dates; and - Broader project experience and responsibilities on past projects, including dates.
