The Scottish National Investment Bank requires the Service of an Executive Search agency to facilitate the development of an attraction strategy for potential candidates for the role of Chief Executive. The objectives of the Executive Search Service are to: Provide support to Scottish National Investmebt Bank programme team to develop the person specification, job description and particulars for the Chief Executive role; Support the collection of benchmarking data on pay and reward for comparable posts both within the public and private sector; Attract high quality executive candidates with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion; Manage the recruitment process, liaison with candidates, scheduling of interviews and management of any candidate assessment on profiling activities; and Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience of the recruitment process with Scottish National Investment Bank.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for 12 months.
