Notice Description

To remove and cap existing radiators, put to one side for re-use as indicated. Assist plumbers cutting in to old MI pipework, M(53)001 When construction of new extension ready, to supply and fit new LST radiators including all pipework, fittings, valves, controls, flush, test and commission all as per drawings M (56)001, specifications and manufacturer's instructions.

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bill Guide. To remove and cap existing radiators,1 to be put to one side for re-location as indicated. Assist plumbers cutting in to old MI pipework, M(53)001 When construction of new extension ready, to supply and fit new LST radiators including all pipework, fittings, valves, controls, flush, test and commission all as per drawings M (56)001, specifications and manufacturer's instructions. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is recommended that the contractor visits the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress will be made later for lack of such knowledge. For initial access contact the school reception school hours, 01383 602414 Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
