The Procurement Exercise will consist of an ESPD (Qualification), thereafter The Tender Evaluation based on a Price / Quality Split (40 / 60 %). Note* Only those that qualify from the ESPD Evaluation shall have their Tenders Evaluated.
Renewal: The initial Contract will run from Monday 9th September 2019 to 31st March 2021, therafter Extension Options will be considered.
