Global Business Services includes both shared service centres and outsource service providers covering Customer Service/Contact centres, Finance and Accounting, HR, Legal, Procurement and technology.

Global Business Services is a key sector for Scotland's economy and is a major source of inward investment projects. As such SDI is looking for support in keeping pace with this fast moving sector in order to guide our approach to developing the sector and in identifying further opportunities for growth. Global Business Services includes both shared service centres and outsource service providers covering Customer Service/Contact centres, Finance and Accounting, HR, Legal, Procurement and technology.

Renewal: The contract will be for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months subject to internal approval.
