The contract is for the annual inspection and testing of the warden call systems in sheltered housing properties listed in the tender document together with attendance to all reported faults. This shall include the inspection, testing and diagnosing by attendance on site at the location of any fault reported and carrying out such repairs, installation of replacement parts, cleaning, lubrication or adjustment as shall be necessary to remedy any fault reported. Warden call systems shall be inspected and tested once per annum together with attendance to all reported faults.
