Notice Description

We have extensive boundary brick walls at two housing developments; firstly in High Valleyfield that are suffering from wear and tear, with spalling bricks. A structural survey has been carried out which reports that whilst the walls do not require reconstruction in entirety they do require substantial repair to return them to an acceptable appearance; and Secondly at Lumphinnans, where we have a long low brick boundary wall which, following structural survey, does require complete rebuilding.

Lot Information

High Valleyfield wall refurbishment

The refurbishment, according to the specification provided, of boundary walls at Pentland Terrace, High Valleyfield. Single stage procurement - tenderers may bid separately for the High Valleyfield lot or may wish to bid for both this and the Lumphinnans lot.

Lumphinanns wall replacement/rebuilding

The refurbishment, according to the specification provided, of boundary wall at Gallacher Place, Lumphinanns. Single stage procurement - tenderers may bid separately for the Lumphinanns lot or may wish to bid for both this and the High Valleyfield lot.
