Notice Description

As part of a new system deployment, the Contracting Authority may require a service provider for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Project Service Automation applications, in the Advanced Forming Research Centre (AFRC), part of the University of Strathclyde. There will be c.160 users, and the number of users is expected to increase over the coming years. The implementation will include: - Set-up - Configuration - Integration with existing support systems - Data migration from existing databases / spreadsheets - Setup of dashboards, KPIs, reports & forms - Setup of mobile / tablet dashboards, KPIs, reports & forms - Training & support for users
