Caledonia are making an award based on a Direct Award basis for a 1 year contract to cover existing data services and data link contracts whilst an IT strategy review is carried out. Once completed there will be a tender for a 3 year contract that will be based on the findings of this review. The migration of existing business applications and data links would make open tendering un-viable.
