Notice Description

Framework Agreements for the provision of gutter cleaning and roof and slope-mounted anchor inspections (Lot 1) and reactive roof repairs (Lot 2) to the Association's properties (5,409nr in total) located throughout the North Glasgow area. The duration of the Framework Agreements will be approximately 31 months, commencing on or around Monday 2nd of September 2019 and ending on 31st March 2022 with the option - at the Client's discretion - to extend the Agreements for a further 12-month or 17-month period thereafter.

Gutter Cleaning and Roof Condition and Slope-Mounted Anchor Inspections

Framework Agreement for the provision of gutter cleaning, roof condition inspections and slope-mounted anchor inspections for a 31-month period commencing on or around Monday 2nd September 2019 and ending on 31st March 2019 with the option, at the client's discretion, to extend the agreement for a further 12-month or 17-month period thereafter.. For indicative purposes, the average annual value of these works carried out over the previous 3 years from 2016-2019 under the current contract is approximately 160,000.00 GBP

Renewal: The client reserves the right to extend the agreement for a further 12-month or 17-month period.
