Notice Title
Award of Core Digital Channels Transition and Decommissioning - P20-0018
Notice Description
This is a contract award notice, please do not respond to this notice.Scottish Enterprise is undergoing a Digital Transformation and has established an in-house development team to support our ambition to provide new services for our customers. This will require activities currently hosted on our web platform to be transitioned onto a new platform and environment managed in-house by SE. This contract is to ensure the transition of the SE websites from sitecore to its new platform and the decommissioning of existing services.A VEAT notice is intended to be published due to this is currently hosted by Dog Digital. In terms of the short-term transitional work required, due to Dog Digital's in-depth knowledge of SE's systems, it would be technically difficult for another supplier to gain that knowledge and deliver this work in the timescales required. This contract will be from August 2019 until July 2021 with 1 monthly break clauses. The contract should be in place so that if there are significant changes (such as the sites are in-house or no longer in use) the contract can be cancelled. All information is contained within the ITT
