The works comprise the alteration, refurbishment and extension of the existing Cairns Early Childhood Centre as described in the tender issue drawings and within the Bills of Quantities. Please note the works are to be phased in accordance with drawings AL(20)11, AL(20)12 and AL(20)13. There are 3 phases to the works and the programme dates for each phase are as follows: Phase 1: 14th October - 28th October, Phase 2: 28th October - 20th December, Phase 3: 6th January - 3rd July. Please allow for carrying out the works in accordance with the dates indicated.
