Question 4D.1: Quality Assurance Schemes & Environmental Management Standards - the bidder MUST hold accredited 3rd party certificates in accordance with BS EN ISO9001 (or equivalent) PLEASE NOTE: IF THE BIDDER CANNOT FULFILL ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS THEY SHOULD NOT COMPLETE/SUBMIT AN ESPD1."
