The solution must: - Integrate all customer data sources held by various 3rd party suppliers that will enable integration with Marketing and Customer Survey tools - Provide a modular solution for integrating future data sources through a 'plug and play' functionality - Continue to maintain an accurate and up to date Central Customer Database - Collate the customer, revenue and journey data that allows segmented & targeted reporting that can be used to provide timely revenue, marketing and operational analysis and reporting to manage the business. - Be GDPR compliant
