(ii)the names of the candidates or tenderers rejected and the reasons for their rejection; No candidates were rejected during the selection stage. (c)the reasons for the rejection of any tenders found to be abnormally low; No tenders were rejected on the basis of being abnormally low. (d)the name of the successful tenderer and the reasons why its tender was selected; EntServe UK Limited were the successful tenderer due to having the the best price, quality ratio. The conditions whereby further services would be called upon are if it is identified that further development of Social Program Management (SPM) or service related to the support and or maintenance of SPM is required.
