Notice Description
Replacement of current electric heating system (storage heaters and convector heaters) with Dimplex Quantum and panel heaters including replacement of existing consumer unit. The Association will reserve the right to add or delete addresses from the contract, during the contract and any extension period subject to deletions and acquisitions.

SCOPE OF THE STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS - Kirk Place - This is an Amenity housing development constructed in 1983 and comprised of 7 in number one bedroom bungalows and 1 in number first floor flat. - High Street - This is an Amenity housing development constructed pre 1900 but extensively refurbished in 1983. It is comprised of 3 ground floor single bed room flats, 2 first floor single bedroom flats and 1 two storey two bedroomed mid-terraced house. The works are as follows:- Replacement of current electric heating system (storage heaters and convector heaters) with Dimplex Quantum and panel heaters including replacement of existing consumer unit. The Association will reserve the right to add or delete addresses from the contract, during the contract and any extension period subject to deletions and acquisitions. The timetable to procurement will be on the following dates: Activity / Date Issue invitation to tender on Public Contracts Scotland portal 14th August 2019 Closing date for questions: 6th September 2019 Tender return date: 16th September 2019 Tender evaluation: 16th - 30th September 2019 Approval: TBC Award Contract: TBC Contract Start Date: TBC Please note that dates provided may be subject to change by Hanover. Any changes to the timetable will be communicated to all tenderers.. As per all documentation uploaded with this tender. The contract works should be completed by as discussed with Contract Manager, Alan Baird, with a 12 month warranty period for works
