Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a Contractor for the provision of consultancy services to develop and deliver both 'one-to-one' and 'one-to-many' approaches to support implementation of circular procurement pilots, involving public and private sector buyers and suppliers in Scotland. The Contract will be delivered as a call off arrangement, with actual support requirements and activities identified and confirmed through a call off process. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
