    In line with the Education Scotland Digital Strategy, a key aim of Digital Services is to design services with users not for them. As a first step to this it is necessary to understand our external user’s needs and preferences with regards to Education Scotland’s digital channels, brand(s) and individual service offerings. This procurement requirement is to engage the professional services of a market research organisation to define a research strategy, carry out engagement and report on the research results with regards to our external audience’s: - Awareness of the Education Scotland brand - Awareness and opinions of the Education Scotland digital channels - Digital habits and digital maturity - Attitudes to and preferred approach to continued professional learning and leadership courses
