C001746 - Digital Coaching Service Provision
Notice Description
Project Lift is a collaboration between NHS Education for Scotland and the Scottish Government. Project Lift is a new approach to recruit, retain, develop and manage talent within Health and Social Care in Scotland, to ensure all leaders can be the very best and most able they can be, and reach their potential from entry roles through to boardrooms. A new Digital Coaching pilot will be undertaken as part of the leadership development offering from Project Lift.
Lot Information
Lot 1
A Digital Coaching Service provision for leaders at all levels within the public service. A single supplier is sought to provide the service in full. Dependent on future agreements, NES reserves the right to extend the service provision to other public sector bodies during the life of this contract.
Renewal: NES reserves the right to extend the total number of coaching sessions from 300 to 600 for a period of up to 12 months following the successful implementation of the pilot phase.
