    "description": "This tender was originally issued at the end of June 2019 and closed on 9th August. SPS did not receive any bids. The tender has therefore been re-issued for a second time with a revised submission date for bids of 30th Sept 19. The bid document sets out the requirements and also contains a point of contact at HMP Shotts to enable interested parties to view the tea bar facility. Many families and those in custody come from groups, areas of Scotland or backgrounds which are reognised as being 'disadvantaged'. The provision of tea bar is therefore seen as a value-add social benefit. An operator of the service may therefore be able to report the provision of this service as a Community Benefit outcome being delivered to the SPS.
