Modernisation of 1 passenger lift, replacement of 1 platform lift and maintenance contract for 3 x lifts and 3 x platform lifts in total.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Works are required for the modernisation for the 450kg capacity 6 persons passenger lift which serves 4 levels at our sheltered living property at Elliot Court, Carwood Street, Greenock, PA15 2TN. Also for the replacement of the single enclosed platform lift at our HMO property at Cardross View, Park Avenue, Port Glasgow. All 3 levels of the property are served by a single enclosed platform lift having a 2 passenger, 400kg capacity. In conjunction with the modernisation works, bidders are asked to submit costs as per the requirements of the attached tender documents for the annual maintenance and repairs of all lifts in our stock located within the Inverclyde Area (6No.), including the two lifts mentioned above.

Renewal: Option for an extension of up to an additional 2 years.
