The supply of Baclofen Intrathecal Injections to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded this lot as a single supplier framework.
Renewal: This framework includes the option(s) to extend for up to a total period of twenty-four (24) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the Framework Agreement is due to expire.
