The project consists of all facade repair works required to replace the existing defective external wall render using manufacturer's specified materials. The works are to be completed to the CVG office building at the address of 50 Scott Street. Works shall generally include: - Scaffolding; - Safety barriers and other measures to protect ground floor public road/walkway and rear company car park/ employee vehicles; - Stripping of defective render works; - Application of new render in accordance to StoTherm specification; - Disposal of corrupted materiel via skip Works to be in accordance with Specification and contract documents dated August 2019.
