The scope of works comprise the Installation of Air Source Heat Pump system including specialist design, removal of existing installation, supply and installation of heat pumps, hot water cylinders, heating controls, pipework and insulation, radiators and valves, electrical connections, energy monitoring equipment, testing and commissioning, training of staff and residents, supply of O&M manuals, builderswork and set to work a complete ASHP system to each dwelling to provide heating and hot water generation as detailed and in line with all relevant regulations and specification.
