Notice Description
The Scottish Police Authority sought to procure preliminary drug testing equipment. This equipment will be used to carry out preliminary roadside drug test in line with the Road Traffic Act 1988 Section 5A which has been adopted by the Scottish Government (SG). Suffolk Constabulary have a purchase framework in place which can be used by Police Scotland. The key objective of this bid is to ensure Police Scotland have the equipment required to carry out testing under the Road Traffic Act 1988 Section 5A when it is adopted by The Scottish Government.
