The objective of this exercise is to obtain up-to-date information and feedback from the market in order to: - understand market capabilities and solutions in relation to the functionality required; and - provide NHSGGC with indicative costs associated with the implementation and on-going support of a suitable solution The information to be provided will help us better understand the market and consider the way forward.

NHSGGC is exploring the options for the possible procurement of a Digital Appointment Communication and Interaction System. The objective of this exercise is to obtain up-to-date information and feedback from the market in order to: - understand market capabilities and solutions in relation to the functionality required; and - provide NHSGGC with indicative costs associated with the implementation and on-going support of a suitable solution This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement process. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. The results of this exercise will be used to inform NHSGGC's decision making process in respect of the next steps in the implementation of a solution and may or may not result in a future tendering exercise. The proposed system is a component solution that may be provided in parts by multiple suppliers or by one supplier as a whole. Suppliers may respond to all or part of this notice. Following submissions, a supplier day may be held and you may be invited to attend.. A questionnaire has been attached to this notice. Please complete and respond as per the instructions in the document. This is a market testing exercise which will allow the Authority to consider future options in this area. The is an additional document called Appendix 1 which is attached to this notice which gives further information and context with regard to this PIN.
