Contractor selection for works at Lochar Lodge, Lochar Crescent, Glasgow. Procurement will be in two stages:- Stage One - Compliance/quality assessment with compliance based on the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) - pass/fail (should tenderers fail to meet the compliance criteria their bids will be rejected and no longer be under consideration); quality assessment will be based on the Quality Questionnaire attached. Stage Two - The highest scoring tenderers from Stage One will be shortlisted to a maximum of four to six tenderers for the issue of Stage Two tender documents comprising of detailed designs and a detailed Bill of Quantities. The most economically advantageous tender received will be taken forward as the Contractor for the project. Negotiations may take place following tender return, should value engineering be required to meet the Client's budget. At construction stage a firm price for the contract will be agreed with the Contractor appointed to deliver the project on a traditional contract basis.
