Reactive Maintenance & Voids MTC
Notice Description
The framework is to provide general repairs and maintenance services and void services to Clydebank Housing Association housing stock.
Lot Information
Lot 3: Out Of Hours (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, gas engineer, painter, plasterer, builder, roofer, EPC assessor/surveyor, cleaner etc)
Works will consist of general multi-trade responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance for the Out of Hours (OOH) services to the housing stock.
Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.
Lot 2: Multi-Trade (General) (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, gas engineer, painter, plasterer, builder, roofer etc)Works will consist of general multi-trade responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.
Lot 5: Joinery / Glazier / IronmongeryWorks will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.
Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Clydebank Housing Associations discretion.
