Notice Description

ACHA wishes to appoint a Quantity Surveying Practice to work with the appointed Architects Practice (lead consultant) and Engineer, to assist initially in the production of a feasibility study, cost plan and submission of planning application for a site adjacent to the recent development at Sealadh Loch Na Dala, Bowmore, Isle of Islay. It is intended that the design will be developed based on 18 units as the timetable indicated in the tender document. The area of the site to be developed for new build housing is as indicated on drawing noted as 'Option 3' included with tender package. It is anticipated that the tender for the works will be issued on a Design and Build basis and that that Employers Agent Services will be required post contract.
