PMO support and Benefits / Business Case Management
Delivery of Vision and Milestones: to help NRS achieve its key programme vision and milestones through deliverable approaches and robust programme management and planning arrangements. PMO Support: provision of short term and specialist capacity to augment the existing PMO. Benefits and Business Case Management: to provide short term support to NRS to manage its approach to benefits realisation from Programme delivery.
Operating Model / Business ChangeOperating Model: to help NRS develop its Target Operating Model for key programmes to underpin the delivery of these programmes and their target benefits. Business Change: to help NRS deliver a controlled business change approach to operational/digital transition and delivery.
Intelligent ClientIntelligent Client: Intelligent Client capacity to support and advise NRS in managing multiple contracts and associated digital service/operational delivery integration.
