Phase 1: Tullibody South Campus to Lornshill Academy Clackmannanshire Council is proposing to extend its existing fibre network over the next 3 years with work commencing early 2020. Clackmannanshire Council invites innovative proposals which would maximise this investment for the benefit of the wider community. Proposals may include innovative technology and commercial solutions or potential partnership arrangements to maximise the investment in the civil engineering works and utilisation of the fibre assets once commissioned.. In addition to these key sites the intention is to route the fibre to connect to as many other schools and council/community facilities as feasible
