    "description": "It is a Mandatory requirement of this contract that all staff involved in the delivery of the service will be required to have Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Membership/Enhanced Disclosure Scotland check completed before any client contact commences. All tenderers must confirm that, upon receipt of notification of intention to award the contract from NHSGGC, they will comply fully with the foregoing and, if not already in place, obtain PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland check for all relevant personnel intended to serve on the NHSGGC contract within the said 28 days period. Failure to do so may result in their tender being deselected. If upon expiry of the said 28 day period the successful tenderer has not obtained PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland check for all relevant personnel NHSGGC may reject the tender and may progress to award the contract to the second ranked supplier under the same conditions as above.
