Works will include the downtaking of the existing kitchen with equipment, and the supply and installation of the replacement kitchen with equipment, as detailed in the attached Tender Document and drawings. Broom Court provides permanent residential accommodation to its residents and will remain operational during the works with alternative food preparation arrangements in place.
