Notice Description

Within the John Anderson Campus, located in Glasgow city centre, the University has 20 parking areas/car parks patrolled by the University's two parking wardens. The University is seeking an IPC or British Parking Association Approved Operator to provide: > permit systems; > enforcement solutions; > back office services; and >debt collection for all of its new car parking permits, car parks and a soon-to-be pedestrianised area at the John Anderson Campus (JAC) in the centre of Glasgow. The system will be used by the two parking wardens and the office based car parking administration team. The system solutions provided should enable the University to: > robustly control parking and to exercise its own discretion with regard to enforcement; > generate car parking data that can be used to help inform car parking policy and strategy. Any financial and legal aspects need to be covered by the system solution(s). System must be usable on mobile devices.
